At Kinay Essentials, we take great care in ensuring that our personal care products are delivered to you in excellent condition. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we’re happy to assist with refunds or replacements under specific circumstances.

We offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The item was not delivered due to logistics issues

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photo or video evidence where applicable.

 

❌ Ineligible Cases

We cannot accept refund or replacement requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect use or misuse of the product
  • Products that have already been opened or used
  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product quality or performance
